"I am not what happened to me,

I am what I choose to become."

- Carl Jung

Why Therapy.

Because you're ready. To get unstuck. To have clarity and purpose.  To feel joy.  To reduce anxiety and guilt,  and end frustrating dead end behaviors.

You want satisfying relationships and the confidence to handle whatever life flings your way. Whether it’s overcoming depression,  lessening anxiety, gaining skills to handle grief and loss or navigating a major life transition, you're here to understand what isn't working.

Let's get you unstuck. We will identify goals that are uniquely yours, and create a plan that helps to change your life.

Let's collaboratively build and strengthen your sense of purpose, meaning, clarity of thought, joy, health and self awareness.
